A TEDx event is a local gathering where live TED-like talks and videos previously recorded at TED conferences are shared with the community. TEDx events are fully planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis. The content and design of each TEDx event is unique and developed independently, but all of them have features in common.
(TED is a nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design.)
My contribution - was designing and executing the stage set up and backdrop along with a team i worked with from 'the purple pony'.

The stage design attempts to conjure up a dreamlike state where the windows around the intergalactic space, lends a gaze to Seek the unknown realities of our world which are hidden away somewhere beyond the “Outside”
The Majestic moon in the center is a reflection of our own energies converging into the universe while the land and the sea represents vibration and secrets of our universe.
The stage intends to take the onlooker on a journey to seek transcendence from the mundane through vivid imagination & exponential thinking where eventually everything connects to everything else.
